We set up a play dough space station table where kids could make their own figures, and we finished off with a death star piñata to have a whack at. We ended up with pool noodle light sabers with bubble wands inserted to duel with, and I filled what seemed like hundreds of water ballon to toss on the drive way and wash off the chalk stormtrooper piggies. Then my son and I began our craft projects together of sculpting some of the characters out of clay, and Finn got to work on some serious drawings which we used to decorate the walls. I started by painting a backdrop for the main table with the different planets or levels in the game. “My son might be just a little bit obsessed with these birds, but combined with Star Wars it made for a lot of fun ideas for party activities.
